And was very lightly bleeding for about a week during that time for the next shot then it stopped for a few days and then started bleeding heavy for the next five days. Finally stopped on april 3. How Are Period Blood Clots Treated

What Is Heavy Bleeding
Heavy menstrual bleeding is excessive and/or prolonged menstrual bleeding. The amount varies from woman to woman and can change at different stages in your life for example, in teenage years or approaching menopause. It is defined as blood loss greater than 80ml per cycle, or periods lasting more than seven to eight days. Heavy menstrual bleeding affects about one in five women and is a common problem in the 30-50-year-old age group.

When To See Your Doctor
You may see a variety of shades and textures with your periods, even if youre healthy. If your period is lasting longer than seven days or is very heavy soaking through a pad or tampon every hour or two make an appointment with your doctor to rule out certain medical conditions.
Other reasons to make an appointment:
- if your cycles are irregular, changing dramatically in length from one month to the next
- if your cycles are shorter than 24 or longer than 38 days in length
- if you havent had a period in three months or longer
- if you have considerable pain or other unusual symptoms that accompany your bleeding

Is anyone else “out there” suffering with blood clots in/on your lungs and you served in VietNam during the years that they were spraying Agent Orange on the foliage? I served in VietNam during those years, have been diagnosed with COPD and am having a lot of trouble with blood clots in/on my lungs. When To Worry About Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

My story begins with this being Cycle#2 TTC #1 , this cycle I was able to BD more but forgot to bd on ovulation day so I did after and used preseed , I used opks and I’m almost sure my app is right because it has never lied . I ovulated CD18, 9dpo-8 days later I started bleeding. And I thought for sure I was out this month . . .But nothing made sense because that’s 2 periods in one month . Never happens and I never start early !!! But it was red soo I gave up hope .
Welll now I am very hopeful this is my month !! Based on the research I have done , I actually could be experiencing heavy implantation bleeding and not an early AF . .
Well what I thought was a 6 day early surprise from AF , has only lasted 3 days. One day of what looked like fresh bloodbut as the day progressed I got barely anything , day 2 I woke up with a nice flow then NOTHING , then brown , later more red 🙁 . Day 3 woke up to barely anything but I still seen red , did a lot moving around and stuff , took a short nap got up done some more moving it appears as tho I’m coming off !!… Started researching and this is completely normally so long as it doesn’t get heavy and continues to lighten it’s heavy implantation bleeding and not AF .

What Does Black Period Blood Mean

Brown discharge of all shades is typically a sign of old blood. The blood has had time to oxidize, which is why its changed hues from the standard red.
